The server is getting not responding intermittently for the last 2 days. We need to force reboot the server. We are planning to check the server hardware like motherboard and memory, which requires a downtime of minimum 1 hour to 2 hour time. So scheduling the checkup during night time.

The problem seems with the linux kernel and we update to the latest one. Now for the last 8 hours there is no such hanging issues. We are still monitoring the server.

We are performing an emergency server hardware checks. During this checks and maintenance time, the server will be down.

Hardware checks do not found any serious issues in the hardware. To safeguard this we have replaced the motherboard and memory of the server and make the server up.
We are further monitoring the server performance. No further errors detected in the server.
